<p>Drink as much juice as you feel you want! Always drink some right when you get up to avoid feeling light-headed. Drink at frequent intervals, to avoid huger pangs.</p>
<p>5.Step 5</p>
<p>Continue the process until your chosen number of days is over! Be sure to listen to your body, and stop the fast if you feel sick, or unsure. And always consult a doctor if you&#8217;re feeling unwell.</p>
<p>6.Step 6</p>
